Appointments
- Book appointments by calling practice or booking online.
- 10-15 Minutes – Standard Appointment
- Up to 20 Minutes – Long Appointment
- 20 Minutes Plus – Prolong Appointment

Telephone
- Due to time limitations, our practice policy states that doctors cannot address non-urgent patient phone calls and may not always be able to return them.
- A nurse may assist you, or we'll ensure your message reaches your doctor promptly for a timely response.
- Urgent enquiries will be put through to the Doctor.
- We gather information to assess urgency before placing callers on hold and require GP authorization for information disclosure.
Test Results
- Staff won't disclose test results via phone or email; an appointment with the doctor is necessary for discussion.
- All correspondence is triaged to ensure the information is given to the appropriate staff member or Medical Practitioner in a timely manner.
- Alternatively, you can email the practice, however it is again at the doctor’s discretion if they reply to the email. No medical advice is given by email.

- Our practice only sends SMS’ for recall purposes and appointment reminders
- No personal details will be disclosed via SMS.
- Emails are only used for non-confidential correspondence, not for appointment requests or cancellations

Reminders
- Committed to preventative care, your doctor will seek your permission to be included on our reminder system.
- We may routinely send you a reminder notice for preventive healthcare services tailored to your condition.
- If you do not want to be part of this scheme, please let your doctor or reception know.
Disability facilities And
Car Parking
- This practice offers wheelchair access with ramps. We have a wheelchair available onsite .
- Should you have special needs please discuss them with your doctor or the reception staff.
- For your convenience car parking is available on the Napper Road and at the back of the building .
